Jonathan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and the London School of Economics, University of London. Prior to entering law school, Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business of Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University. Jonathan takes an integrated legal and practical approach in resolving complex legal and business problems. Where practical, Jonathan takes steps to focus on the common interests and needs of parties to transactions or to disputes with a view to facilitate a relationship sufficient to reach cost-effective, efficient, and enduring resolutions. Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in litigation, business law, corporate law, commercial law, succession planning, real estate law, and family law. Jonathan is a member of The Advocates Society, a founding member of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, and a member of the Society of Estate and Tax Practitioner. Jonathan is fluent in English and conversational in Cantonese.
